To help you choose the perfect look for your piece, we have combined our own workshop photography with real-world customer images, demonstrating how our finishes adapt to different lighting conditions. Our in-house photos are taken in strong, natural daylight using an iPhone Pro on natural colour settings to provide the most authentic baseline possible. However, because every device screen displays colour, saturation, and vibrancy differently, digital images can never be an exact, universal match. By presenting this broad spectrum of both controlled and uncontrolled environments, we aim to give you the truest possible representation of the underlying hues within each finish.

Importantly, all our products feature water-based stains applied to reclaimed timber. The inherent beauty of working with salvaged, natural wood is that no two boards are identical. Variations in grain, texture, and age will naturally influence how the timber takes the stain, meaning slight differences in the final finish are to be expected and celebrated as a unique, intrinsic hallmark of nature.
